We had an engine warning light appear and called DMC out to have a look at it. Dylan explained the problem in clear language and told us what was required, but that this might not fix the issue completely (there were a couple of things setting off the sensors). Unfortunately he was right but Dylan came back (very quickly), did a diagnostic on the car and found the issue. The car is now fixed and I have a far better understanding of what I need to do to keep the car in good order. Dylan was professional, trustworthy and happy to chat - didn’t try and make things more expensive or complicated. Thank you so much for your service and you now have a customer for life!
